Being the largest Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) building in NZ, Otago Polytecnic Student Village is a modern and vibrant home away from home. Furniture Packages New Zealand worked with Campus Living and the University of Otago to design, manufacture and deliver all room and common area furniture across the villages’ 231 rooms. Sustainability was at the forefront of the design, whilst maintaining the necessary durability for student accommodation.
