Previously known as the Old Melbourne Hotel, the sprawling terrace-style buildings with internal court and gardens have been transformed to house 456 student residents in 229 purpose-built apartments. Furniture Packages Australia furnished all units as well as all common areas for the project as part of a 6 stage refurbishment schedule. The result is a vibrant and modern space, juxtaposed against the original architectural features of the building – a nod to the Melbourne aesthetic.
